Entries are recorded and tracked inside PiCargo against each consignment, including declaration number, assessment and release status. Direct system-to-system integration depends on the access TRA grants your agency; without it, the entry details are captured by your declarant as part of the normal job flow.
Yes. Transit jobs carry corridor, border post, bond details and checkpoint timestamps, so you can see where a truck is in the corridor and whether the bond is at risk of expiring.
No. The smallest useful deployment is consignment tracking and invoicing, which a four-person agency can run from day one. Yard, fleet and costing modules are added when they start to matter.
The system can run on a server at your premises so the office keeps working during an outage and syncs when the connection returns.
