Back office

A congregation you can actually account to

Membership, contribution and communication management for churches, mosques and member organisations.

What it does

Church & Organisation Management

Trust in a congregation is financial before it is anything else. Offerings counted by two people and written in a book, pledges nobody follows up, a building fund whose balance only the treasurer knows — none of that is dishonest, but all of it invites doubt. Recording contributions per member and reporting openly removes the doubt.

  • Member register with families, households and life events
  • Groups: choir, youth, women, men, cell groups and committees
  • Attendance recording by service and by group
  • Offerings, tithes and special collections, counted and recorded per service
  • Pledges and building fund campaigns, with follow-up on outstanding pledges
  • Individual giving statements for members who want them
  • Mobile money and bank contributions matched to members
  • Event and programme calendar with registration
  • Bulk SMS to the whole congregation or to a specific group
  • Expenses, budget and transparent financial statements
  • Baptism, marriage and membership certificate records

Tanzania

Practical for how congregations work here

  • Two-person counting — collections recorded with the counters named, which is the control that protects everyone.
  • Registrar of Societies — membership and financial records kept in a form that supports annual filings.
  • Mobile money giving — contributions through mobile money matched to the member who sent them.
  • Kiswahili interface — usable by volunteer treasurers and secretaries, not only by office staff.
  • Open reporting — statements a congregation can be shown without redrafting them first.

How we work

Scoped first, built in phases

We look at the process

Not a sales meeting. We sit with the people who do the work now and find where the time and money actually go.

You get a written scope

What will be built, what it costs, how long it takes, and what is explicitly out of scope. In writing, before anything starts.

Built in phases

The part that hurts most is delivered first and put into real use, so value arrives before the whole project is finished.

Trained and supported

Your staff are trained on the real system with real data, and support continues after go-live.

Runs on your own server if you want it to. Internet in Tanzania is not guaranteed. Systems can be installed on a machine at your premises so the business keeps working during an outage, syncing when the connection returns.

Frequently asked

Church & Organisation Management — questions we get

Do members have to give through the system?

No. Cash collections are counted and entered as they always were; the system records who counted and what was received. Mobile money and bank giving can additionally be matched to individual members.

Can we send messages to just one group?

Yes, to any group — youth, choir, a committee — or to the whole congregation, by SMS.

Is it in Kiswahili?

Yes. The interface and member communications can run in Kiswahili or English.

Can members see their own giving history?

Yes, where you choose to enable it. Many congregations issue annual statements only on request.
